Two-stage High-efficiency Shredding: The upper and lower four shafts operate at differential speeds, enabling coarse crushing followed by fine shredding. The combined action of tearing, extrusion and shearing delivers higher processing efficiency for bulky, frame-shaped, tough and sticky materials (e.g., plastic drums, refrigerators, IBC totes, tires) with no risk of shaft winding or material clogging.

Heavy-duty & Durable: Main cutters are crafted from DC53/D2 high-alloy wear-resistant steel and auxiliary cutters from die-forged components, all supporting multi-surface regrinding and reuse. Main shafts undergo hardening treatment, and the thickened cutter box is annealed after welding, boasting exceptional resistance to high torque and impact.

Intelligent & Low-consumption: Controlled by a PLC system with a touch screen, supporting automatic start/stop, reverse rotation and overload protection. Driven by planetary reducers, it delivers low speed and high torque, consuming less energy at the same production capacity while ensuring easier compliance with dust and noise emission standards.

Cost-effective Maintenance: Modular design with high part interchangeability; equipped with clamshell bearing housings and hydraulic flip-up maintenance doors for quick cutter replacement and foreign object removal. Screen meshes can be replaced in sections and cutters are repairable and reconditionable, keeping operation and maintenance (O&M) costs well-controlled.

Superior Adaptability: Capable of processing frame-shaped and hollow materials without additional pressing mechanisms; upper cutters deliver self-cleaning performance against lower cutters. Customizable screen mesh apertures range from 50mm to 100mm, perfectly matching diverse recycling processes and requirements.
